Every organization has some rules and regulations, but we are not above them. We request you to read all “Terms & Conditions” in advance in order to maintain a good relationship between the customer and us.

We are not the official distributor of any organization for the products we sell. We purchase each product from official distributors and resell it. We are responsible for all kinds of errors, omissions and corrections in the case of providing digital services only.

Warranty Policy:

• Different warranties and rules apply to each product/service, which we mention before purchasing the product/service or at the time of delivery. However, for those products that are covered by warranty, we will be obliged to solve any problem within the time specified in the product. And sometimes after-sales service may change a little. For example: If it is written on a product that no after-sales warranty or support is applicable. Then no warranty will be applicable after the product is delivered. In that case, the customer should order it knowingly before buying.
• If there is any problem due to customer error or device-related reasons, the warranty will not be applicable.
• We request you to know and understand the rules set for each product before buying the product. After buying the product, no comments outside the rules mentioned in the product will be acceptable.

Warranty provision:

• We are ready to provide you with support from 10 am to 10 pm during the product/service warranty period. However, in adverse circumstances, there may be a delay in time, in which case you must cooperate with us in time.
• If you follow the rules set for any product covered by the warranty (which will be clearly written before and after purchasing the product), we are committed to providing you with after-sales service. Moreover, if the customer faces any problem with the service or has difficulty understanding it, we also provide (remote) support/service through (Teamviewer/Anydesk/Google Meet/Zoom Meeting).
• We know that a customer subscribes to digital services/products for his important work. Therefore, we always try to ensure support to the client as soon as possible in case of any problem. Since it is an online subscription, there may be some delay in support in adverse situations. In this case, we take a minimum of 01 to a maximum of 24 hours. Therefore, the customer must order the product with that time and patience.

Delivery:

Since our service is digital, all our products/services are delivered through email, messenger or WhatsApp. In this case, no separate delivery charge is applicable. However, charges will be applicable in case of physical delivery products.

• It is requested to provide the correct address through which the product will be delivered (email, messenger or WhatsApp) at your own risk. If the wrong email is given, you will have to contact us.
• Product delivery time – It may take a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 24 hours. In this case, before ordering the product, you should order after knowing the delivery time.

Refund / Order Cancellation or Replacement:

• After placing an order, you can only cancel the order if Zaman SEO IT fails to deliver the product or service you want. Again: You can cancel only if you fail to deliver, otherwise you cannot.
• If you want, you can take an alternative product / service or a payment refund as a replacement. In case of taking an alternative product / service, you can only order according to the price of the previously ordered product.
